Meet Emily, our Assistant, who is currently completing her Level 2 qualification at college.
Emily plays a key role in keeping the salon running smoothly, supporting the team and ensuring everything flows with ease throughout the day. She has a positive, helpful nature and enjoys learning and gaining hands-on experience from the stylists around her.
Eager to grow within the industry, Emily is building her knowledge and skills while developing her future career in hairdressing.
Morgan
Meet Morgan, our emerging stylist and assistant , who is currently completing her Level 3 qualification at Guildford College.
Morgan has a sweet, engaging nature and a real passion for learning, and she is looking forward to becoming a fully qualified stylist. She is continuing to build her confidence and experience in the salon while developing her skills.
This summer, Morgan is also attending an intensive cutting and colouring course to further strengthen her training and technical ability.
Morgan is currently offering 10% off appointments with her as she grows her client base.
Jess
Meet Jess, one of our talented home-grown junior stylist, who has been with us since September 2023 when she finished school.
Jess officially qualified with distinction in her apprenticeship in December 2025 and is growing into a confident and creative stylist. She has a real passion for hair-ups and loves bringing her clients’ ideas to life with her eye for detail and styling.
Full of smiles and great energy, Jess is continuing to grow her skills and client base, delivering beautiful results and a great salon experience every time
Susie
Meet Susie, our Graduate Stylist, who has been part of the salon team since she was 14, starting out as a Saturday girl then starting her apprenticeship with us.
With her upbeat, chatty personality, Susie brings a warm and welcoming energy to every appointment. She especially loves all things colour and enjoys creating beautiful, personalised results for her clients.
Since qualifying with her NVQ Level 2, Susie has continued to grow her skills, including completing a Wella cutting course and steadily building her client base. She is also set to attend a balayage course in Summer 2026, further developing her expertise.
Susie continues to grow a strong and loyal clientele, thanks to her passion, dedication, and friendly approach.
Mark
Meet Mark, our Salon Stylist and Technician, who trained with us and has been part of the team since day one in 2017, showing incredible loyalty throughout his journey.
Mark qualified with distinction in his NVQ Level 2 in November 2019 and has continued growing his skills and client base ever since. Dedicated to his craft, he has attended numerous advanced training courses, including two Wella cutting courses and a Classic Cutting course at the Vidal Sassoon Academy.
Mark’s real passion is cutting, where he excels in creating sharp, precise styles and consistently delivers high-quality results.
Mark loves doing gents hair with both scissor cuts or clippers for whatever style you wish.
Tia
Meet Tia, our Creative Stylist, Creative Technician.
Tia is exceptional at precise bobs and has a real talent for working with curly hair. She qualified with her NVQ Level 2 and has continued to develop her expertise through advanced training, including L’Oréal Colour Courses at their London Academy, Wella Cutting Courses in London, and the Wella “All Things Blonde” Colour Course.
Tia joined us as a stylist in our opening year in 2017 and has grown into a highly experienced and versatile member of the team. She now has extensive knowledge across all areas of hairdressing and is always in high demand.
A true delight in the salon, Tia is warm, welcoming, and loved by both clients and colleagues alike
Marie
Meet Marie, our Senior Stylist, who joined the team with 13 years of industry experience.
Marie is upbeat, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, bringing both warmth and expertise to the salon. She has settled into the team quickly and is already a valued part of the salon.
Marie is looking forward to building her client base and sharing her passion for great hair with both new and existing clients.
Shannon
Meet Shannon, our Senior Stylist/Senior Technician, who has been with the company since 2018.
Shannon excels in balayage and has a real passion for all things colour, as well as creating a flawless blow-dry. She is highly qualified, holding NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4, and has also completed her Toni & Guy colour assessment.
She has further developed her expertise through a variety of advanced courses, including training at the L’Oréal Academy in Hammersmith and the Wella Academy in London, where she completed both a gents cutting course and an advanced balayage course. Shannon has also recently achieved her qualification as our in-house salon assessor and trained are wonderful apprentices.

Rachel
Meet Rachel, the Salon Owner.
Rachel balances running the business and working in the salon with raising her two beautiful children. She brings a wealth of advanced experience across all aspects of hairdressing, underpinned by a strong foundation developed through her training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London.
Since then, she has continued to develop her skills through numerous Wella courses, including a 3-day intensive balayage course. Rachel has been working in Cranleigh for just under two decades, building a strong and loyal client base that continues to grow.
She is soon due to attend a specialist “Blonde Expert” course to further expand her colour knowledge, as she strongly believes in continuous training for all her staff, including herself.
Rachel has built a fantastic salon and a loyal, supportive team, creating a welcoming and friendly environment that clients love. The warm and caring atmosphere ensures every visit is an amazing experience.
