Keeping us all safe 

Dear clients 

  • If you have any of the following symptoms please do not attend the salon . High temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss/change to your sense of smell or taste .
  • You will be asked covid 19 questions on arrival. 
  • Please be aware of other clients and maintain social distancing.
  • Please use the hand sanitiser when entering and leaving the salon.
  • Only two people are allowed in the reception seating area at one time. If this is full please wait outside.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointments and if we are running late we will ask you to come back .
  • Please don’t touch products in the retail area, ask a member of staff to get the product you wish to purchase. 
  • Please stand behind the screen at reception.
  • Please use contactless payments where ever possible . When using cash you must provide the correct amount . 
  • Whereever possible please attend your salon appointment by yourself .
  • We are unable to provide beverages so please bring your own . We can offer water in disposable cups.
  • We are unable to provide magazines so please bring your own reading material . 
  • We kindly ask and encourage you to wear a mask . We also have some on sale if you forget and want to purchase one .
  • Please bring a bag to put your coat in as we will not be able to hang these in our cupboard.
  • During your time in the salon we respectfully ask you to keep chat to a lower level.
  • All staff will be wearing visors.
  • All sections will be cleaned in between each service.
  • All equipment will be sanitised between each client.
  • All towels and gowns will be washed between clients.

CANCELLATIONS

  • We require 24 hour notice for cancelling your appointment. Late cancellation and no shows will be charged at 50% .
  • If a second no show occurs you will be charged at 100% of the appointment price.

We respectfully ask all client’s  to obverse and keep to all of the above requests.
